Subject: Request for Civic Awareness & Voter Janjagruti Activities in School
To,
The Principal,
Respected Sir/Madam,
Warm greetings.
This letter is to humbly request the support and participation of your esteemed institution in strengthening civic awareness and voter janjagruti among students, especially those who will soon become the citizens and voters of India.
As you know, our country is the world's largest democracy and its future depends not only on leaders, but also on informed, responsible and constitutional citizens. Schools play a crucial role in shaping that future.
Today, misinformation, social media influence, and lack of civic understanding affect how young people view democracy and elections. Therefore, it is important that students understand:
- What it means to be a citizen
- Why voting matters
- What the Constitution stands for
- How democracy functions
- How to verify information and avoid misinformation
Why We Are Reaching Out?
We strongly believe that your school can help create a generation of conscious, responsible and democratic citizens by integrating small civic learning steps within the school environment.
This is a non-political and non-partisan initiative.
We do not support or oppose any party, leader or ideology.
Our only aim is civic education, voter awareness and constitutional understanding.

If we prepare them with awareness, dignity and responsibility —
we strengthen our democracy for decades.
We sincerely hope your institution will join this non-political civic movement and become a partner in building a stronger democratic future for India.
Kindly grant us an opportunity to take this forward.
